OddsMaster had been rejected from Google gambling certification twice and had inactive Meta ad accounts. They were locked out of the two largest advertising platforms while competitors dominated. We guided them through the compliance process, obtained certifications, and launched structured campaigns that became their primary acquisition engine.
OddsMaster Betting had been locked out of Google and Meta advertising for over a year. Two gambling certification applications to Google had been rejected due to landing page compliance issues and incomplete documentation. Their Meta Business Manager had been disabled after a policy violation by a previous agency. Meanwhile, competitors were running aggressive campaigns on both platforms, and OddsMaster was limited to affiliate traffic and minor ad networks — paying 2x the industry CPA as a result.
We managed the full compliance and certification process. For Google: we audited every landing page against Google's gambling policy, made 35+ changes (added responsible gambling messaging, age-gating, license numbers, T&C links, self-exclusion information), prepared documentation for each target market, and submitted a comprehensive certification application. Approved in 6 weeks. For Meta: we worked with Meta's policy team to appeal the account restriction, demonstrating the compliance changes made and the new agency management structure. Account restored in 4 weeks. With both platforms active, we built structured campaigns. Google: brand + competitor + generic keyword campaigns across 4 markets, with negative keyword lists, smart bidding, and gambling-compliant ad copy. Meta: lookalike audiences from first-party data, video + carousel creative, and an aggressive A/B testing framework running 40+ variants. Results: Google delivering 4.2K FTDs/month, Meta achieving 3.5x ROAS, blended CPA of $42 (vs. $90+ previously), and $180K/month managed spend becoming their primary acquisition engine.
