FortunePlay Casino was launching a utility token for their platform and needed to build community trust and drive token adoption. We ran a 3-month campaign — building a 50K-member Telegram community, hosting weekly AMAs with the founding team, creating tokenomics explainer content, securing 8 KOL partnerships, and orchestrating a successful token launch that sold out in 4 hours.

FortunePlay Casino was building a crypto-native gaming platform and wanted to launch a utility token ($FPLAY) to power their ecosystem — including staking for VIP benefits, in-game wagering, and governance voting. However, they had no existing crypto community, no presence on Telegram or Discord, no relationships with crypto KOLs, and no experience with token launch mechanics.
Their previous attempt to build a community had stalled at 1,200 Telegram members after 3 months of sporadic posting. The token launch was scheduled for 8 weeks out, and the team needed to build a community of at least 30K engaged members to ensure a successful launch with sufficient demand.
Additionally, they needed to produce comprehensive tokenomics documentation, build hype through sustained content campaigns, and coordinate the launch across multiple platforms. The crypto community is notoriously skeptical of gaming tokens, and FortunePlay needed to overcome the stigma of previous casino token rug-pulls that had burned investors.
We executed an end-to-end crypto community building and token launch campaign over 8 intensive weeks. Telegram Community: we rebuilt the Telegram from scratch with a new structure — separate channels for announcements, general chat, tokenomics discussion, and VIP alpha.
We implemented a tiered community system where members earned roles through engagement (chatting, inviting, completing quests), with higher tiers unlocking whitelist spots, private AMAs with the founders, and exclusive NFT airdrops.
We hired and trained 8 multilingual moderators covering English, Turkish, Portuguese, Russian, and Mandarin. The Telegram grew from 1,200 to 50K members in 7 weeks. Weekly AMAs: we organized and produced 14 live AMA sessions — 7 with the FortunePlay founding team (covering product roadmap, tokenomics, casino fairness proofs) and 7 with guest speakers (DeFi protocol founders, crypto gaming influencers, blockchain auditors).
AMAs averaged 2,500 live listeners and generated 15K+ replays each. Tokenomics Content: we produced comprehensive tokenomics documentation including a 30-page litepaper, animated explainer videos (token utility, staking mechanics, vesting schedules), infographic series, and FAQ threads.
All content emphasized the utility-first approach — $FPLAY wasn't a speculative asset but a functional token powering cashback, staking rewards, governance, and exclusive game access. KOL Campaign: we partnered with 25 crypto influencers across YouTube, Twitter, and Telegram for a coordinated 3-week hype campaign featuring honest reviews, tokenomics breakdowns, and platform demos.
Launch Execution: we managed the token sale across 3 tiers (community whitelist, KOL allocation, public sale) on a launchpad platform. The entire allocation — $2.4M across all tiers — sold out in 4 hours. Post-launch, we maintained community engagement with staking activation, governance proposals, and ongoing content, retaining 82% of community members 30 days after launch.

“Going from 1,200 Telegram members to 50K in seven weeks and selling out our entire $2.4M token allocation in 4 hours exceeded every expectation. The key was the community-first approach — the AMAs, the quest system, the transparency about tokenomics. We retained 82% of our community after launch, which is almost unheard of in crypto.”
