StakeBit Casino launched as a crypto-native platform but struggled to move beyond a small core of early adopters. Their Telegram community was stagnant at 3K members and crypto ad campaigns delivered low conversion rates. We built a multi-channel crypto acquisition strategy combining community growth, KOL partnerships, and token-gated promotions that turned StakeBit into one of the fastest-growing crypto casinos in 2025.
StakeBit Casino launched with a strong crypto-native product — provably fair games, instant BTC/ETH withdrawals, and a slick interface. But after 6 months they had only 3K Telegram subscribers and fewer than 500 monthly depositing players. Their crypto ad campaigns on blockchain networks were burning $25K/month with CPAs exceeding $200 per first-time depositor. The core problem was a scatter-shot approach: they were running generic banner ads across low-quality crypto ad networks without community strategy or influencer validation. In the crypto casino space, trust is everything — players won't deposit unless they see real community engagement and endorsements from figures they follow.
We built a three-tier acquisition strategy: Community First, KOL Amplification, and Paid Scaling. Tier 1 (weeks 1-6): we restructured StakeBit's Telegram community with daily engagement content — provably fair game demos, deposit races, referral leaderboards, and AMA sessions with the founding team. We hired two dedicated community moderators and implemented a Telegram bot that tracked referral chains and awarded bonus credits. Tier 2 (weeks 4-12): we partnered with 15 mid-tier crypto gambling KOLs (10K-80K followers) on YouTube and Twitter for ongoing content — not one-off posts, but weekly gameplay sessions with exclusive bonus codes. Tier 3 (months 3-6): with social proof established, we relaunched paid campaigns on premium crypto networks with creative featuring real community testimonials and KOL endorsements. Results: Telegram community grew from 3K to 45K+, monthly FTDs reached 2.8K (from ~500), CPA dropped 35% to $130, and 30-day retention hit 48% — well above the 35% crypto casino average.
